1. Definitions

Willms International, a company incorporated and registered in United Arab Emirates, whose registered office is at IFZA Business Park, DDP A1, Dubai, UAE. "Confidential Information" means the information provided by one party to the other in written, graphic, recorded, machine-readable or other forms concerning the business, clients, suppliers, finances and other areas of the other party's business or products but does not include information in the public domain other than through the default of the party disclosing the information, information required to be disclosed by any court or regulatory authority, or any information already in the possession or control of the disclosing party. "Company" (referred to as either “the Company”, “We”, “Us” or “Our” in this Agreement) refers to Willms International. "Terms and Conditions" (also referred to as “Terms”) mean these Terms and Conditions that form the entire agreement between You and the Company regarding the use of the Products. "Third-party Social Media Service" means any services or content (including data, information, products or services) provided by a third party that may be displayed, included or made available by the Service. "Website" refers to Willms International, accessible from https://willms-international.com. "You" means the individual accessing or using the Product, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable. "Intellectual Property Rights" means copyright, rights in or relating to databases, patent rights, performers' rights, designs and registered designs, trademarks, rights in or relating to Confidential Information and other intellectual property rights (registered or unregistered) throughout the world.

2.2 By agreeing to these Terms, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state or province of residence, or that you are the age of majority in your state or province of residence and you have given Us your consent to allow any of your minor dependents to use this site.2.3 You may not use our products for any illegal or unauthorised purpose nor may you, in the use of the Site, violate any laws in your jurisdiction (including but not limited to copyright laws).

By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and We will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our site will cease immediately.

3.1 Each party shall keep the other party's Confidential Information strictly confidential and not use it otherwise than for the purposes of these terms and conditions, and shall return it on demand and not retain copies of it.

3.2 Either party may disclose Confidential Information to its legal and other advisors for the purposes of obtaining advice from them.

3.3 We will collect your data and keep your personal details confidential unless we get your permission to use them.

3.4 This clause shall continue notwithstanding termination of these terms and conditions.


4. Cookies policy

5. Entire agreement

5.1 These terms and conditions, together with the Site Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between the parties and supersede any prior agreements and arrangements, whether written or oral. You confirm that you have not relied on any representations in entering into these and any other terms and conditions with us. Nothing in this clause or terms and conditions shall limit liability for any fraudulent misrepresentation.


6. Law and jurisdictions

6.1 This Agreement is subject to United Arab Emirates law and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United Arab Emirates courts in connection with any dispute hereunder.
